Surveys, quotations and contracts

• Surveys are free and carried out with no obligation.
• Quotations are based on the information available at the time of survey and are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
• A contract is formed only when a written quotation is accepted and confirmed by us.
• Where additional work is identified after a survey, we will discuss it and agree any change in price before proceeding.

Grants and funding

Where we support a funding application, we do so on the basis of the scheme rules in force at the time. We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved or that a specific level of funding will be awarded. Eligibility is determined by the scheme administrator, not by Carbon Save Ltd.

Guarantees and accreditations

Our installations are completed in line with the requirements of the accreditation bodies we are registered with. Product warranties are provided by the relevant manufacturer, and workmanship guarantees are set out in your contract documentation.

Cancellation

Where you enter into a contract with us away from our business premises, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Full cancellation details are provided with your contract documentation.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to Carbon Save Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
